Abstract
Th number of pts with allergic rhinitis has been increased and offending allergens have been grown in number also.
In patients showing haziness of maxillary sinus in water's vies, allergy was an etiologic factor in many patients(allergic sinusitis).
Skin test, eosinophil count in serum and nasal secretion, serum IgE, and Water's wiew were checked in 116 cases having allergic symptoms at Allergic Clinic of Red Cross Hospital during one year from Jan to Dec., 1992.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1) The rate of positive reaction of skin test was 81.9%. The rate of positivity of skin test in patients with high IgE level was 96.4%. The rate of positive reaction of skin test in patients with nasal eosinophillia was 91.4%.
2) The peak age of allergic rhinitis was 3rd decade(41.4%).

The eosinophillia in nasal secretion was 30.2% and the nasal eosinophilia in patients with positive skin test and negatra sin test wee 33.7% and 2.6%, respectively.
